Usually when I close on a house, the insurance company sends out somebody to do a visual inspection.

They worked between us and our insurance company.  

And the cost of legal defense , even if successful, will drive the company out of business.   

Regardless of whether the owner turns a profit, brokers are called up on to sell, lease and manage, lenders will finance, contractors (often affiliated with PM companies will be called upon to put out the constant fires).

Along with that, there's been a solid amount of industrial activity, particularly near Riverport and the Bluegrass Commerce Park, due to a strong presence of manufacturing companies in Louisville. 

We're based in Tampa and, in addition to personally investing, I own a mortgage company that provides financing for tons of investors.

I am familiar with being licensed thru nmls but never heard of any other type of certification  means nothing.. its just a private company non accredited.. 

That will only leave healthcare to be something I will not have direct ownership or control over as I cannot feasibly own a hospital, nor an insurance company.
