I googled promo codes and found TENOFF or Coupon10 that saved me $10 off the price, or if those are expired just search for some updated ones - although the codes only worked at the Compucram website and not through the Hondros website for some reason.If I had to do it all again I would have purchased Compucram BEFORE classes at Hondros and studied during those.

So 150-97= $53 in extra cash flow.After the one year promos, I'll either negotiate with the service provider or just go to the other competitor and get their promo bundle.

The great thing is you can leverage your options against the bank to see if they will increase the length of time they will give you the promo rate since you can always just refinance to another bank that will. 

Once the promo rate expires, I pay it off with money from the HELOC, and then rinse and repeat.

It also gives you a list of comps to research the condition if you want to refine it further.I use a promo code which brings the price down to just over $10.
