Since there is a money back guarantee we have to make sure it is right for the person.But the software accounts for many things... liquidity, multiple properties AND... in a couple of weeks... we are launching a module called uDeduct which will track business TAX DEDUCTIONS, calculate the effect of them and the additional discretionary income they create and factor that in.This is just another reason why people just cannot get the SAME results doing it themselves.

There are meters that send a signal using cell phone towers (note that now you will need either battery or power at the meter) and others that use other wireless spectrum for reading.

.- Unplugging a toilet which requires plunging- Light bulb replacement- 9 V battery replacement- (I will update the list as we come up with more ideas)Anyway, the list clearly will get discussed with my attorney before it's implemented, but I wanted to see if anyone has a section that helps explain to tenants what WE ARE NOT DOING FOR YOU, because it feels like we are being too nice on my side and need to implement a better policy.

Especially to do it right and get Leeds Certification. 2) A lot of the building techniques, products and practices are not practical, they are just there to be cool and groovy. 3) To run a house with solar requires a huge system, plus battery back-up, once again terribly expensive with a long payback that limits it to the wealthy.Not saying that there are not positives to the whole concept, of course there are, but it is just not viable, may never be, because unfortunately, money is the driver as always.
