I am a beginner in this and I would like what basics questions should I check before getting into this business.

Basically gentrified an old neighborhood.  

Basically just venting with this post, but if anyone has any advice that would help, I'm all ears.

Hi michaelI've been using orign8 at $250/month and they have a lot more to offer like lead gen, automation, missed call text back, basically an all-in-one inside sales marketer. but I don't know if it's available in your area. 

My daughter is an Agent in Vegas I suspect they are going to get a lot of overflow as well since there is no income tax there and prop taxs are basically the lowest in the nation.. my mid term rental I have there has routinely been leased out to insurance companies paying for their clients that had a fire .. or this last one they were building a new personal residence that took over a year. 

Right now I see they have 30% on the basic package, 40% on the Deluxe, and 50% Premium.   

 - prop 13 basically fixes the property tax.  

Basically a partnership.
