Plus I think its a good learning experience for him to determine WHY a house would only sell for 1 or 2k  how does that happen in America ?

Over the last 17 yrs, most of my advertising and loan closings have been in PBC, Broward and Dade.With that said, 90% of Mortgage Brokers, including my friends who are Mortgage Brokers, with the except of a few, are just as lost in space as a typical Bank of America loan officer and realtor.

The U.S. banking system is absolutely depending on keeping America workers unaware of how the system works, uneducated, poor (working paycheck to paycheck), and uninformed.  

There are many cities like this across America, and as @Matt M. mentioned, those economic factors don't turn on a dime barring major political/economic events.

Had 0 track record or similar project to reference as his project was the very first in North America.

Finance of America offers a line of credit for flipping that is based on a multiplier (5x I believe) of retirement and savings.

I saw Bank of America offering mortgages with only 3% down and without PMI.

If you give him a better return than any bank in America, backed by the security of real estate, purchased below its actual value, and backed by your personally, what is the least he would accept as a return? 

I currently work in corporate America, although I love it, I have the urge to start pursing my dream.
