Nathan I think this is true if your just talking about rental props for landlording.. the last 2 to 3 years have been the best years of my career.. building new builds and Loaning our funds.

Market being hot helped and no permits to deal.

This has helped their balance sheet but obviously they're working harder.

If you're a PM, how would you handle this owner?

When they move out, I can access their account to charge for cleaning and repairs.
