This isn't a pity party, just looking for financial advice, I'm sure technological unemployment will salivate at the mouth until all humans are unemployed however I don't think debt is something technology can unemploy.

So,  I was sittig around one Friday night and as I like to do, I was having beers and "scrolling for dollars "on my smart phone.

There's also a small spot on the back with sitting water against the building that my broker/investor i was with said he knew the fix (he's extremely smart and didn't make it a big deal so i trust it's not a deal breaker, and theres no basement) Outside is in pretty good condition.

If you can clarify, what exactly you want to do then I can recommend what technology can help you achieve your project. 

This is definitely a cheaper route, but also not the most structured way of learning or building a truly systems dependent business.I also think people often underestimate the risk associated with real estate investing as your mistakes throughout your career can be much more expensive then any investment in your education, systems, and technology.

I don't know, I'm not smart enough to spot in the short term if a market is going to crash ... crashes are always much easier to spot in the rear view mirror ... but that's my point ...

Any smart buyer is going to want to go inside and take a look at the property before they decide to purchase it.
