They said yes but the rate would be 7.5% since it's not my primary residence.

If you go FHA you just have to reside in the property within 60 days.

I'm no MD but I have one son doing an Army Pediatric residency and another son doing a Navy Urology residency.

I have only closed on my personal residence and am finding I don't have the time to make list or represent buyers. 

Last year we sold our primary residence which we bought for $300k and then sold it for $500k.

Oh yeah, the loan that is was taking about a possible Fix and Flip, that requires residency for about 12 months.
