We look at "mortgageability" at loan maturity to determine the possibility surplus/deficit they would have by refinancing in the longer term/permanent debt markets. 

Not many know about it but as I understand, they are putting in temporary buildings to FastTrack while they work on the permanent terminal.

Occasionally they will have other incentives for you to switch fuels; they might send a guy out to inspect that the hydronic heaters are there, and then later to inspect the electric ones, and then give you a rebate.I've never had to deal with hydronic heat, but you might ask an HVAC guy if anything needs to be adjusted on the boiler / water tank if you permanently remove some of the apartments from the system.If you have any of the exterior walls open, now is an excellent time to put in as much insulation as you possibly can.

@Daniel DeMarco One of the IRS tests for the classification of Section 1245 (personal) property is called the "INHERENTLY PERMANENT TEST" in which the cost of items that are not inherent parts of a permanent, non-movable structure may qualify as personal property.

Carpets even when treated delicately only last a handful of years, even a moderate spill can do permanent damage to the padding underneath unless you pull it all up and dry it.I assume you mean in your garage you did that?
