Within 2 weeks of the locks being changed the tenant filed suit ($10,000) against my parents in small claims court claiming that she was illegally locked out of her home and denied access to her medicine which caused pain and suffering.

There aren't usually any fees associated with the loan but that varies by plan administrator I would only recommend this is you are ahead in saving for retirement, unless you believe you can get a 3-6% return a year on the money you will invest in buying a property.

(unless they are a large company, of course).they will immediately think you are a pain to work with. i know how it feels to be burned and it sucks. good luck. to me, finding contractors is the worst part of this business.
