I tend to go for the bigger rehab projects at this stage that others are scared of and the bank is eager to unload.Just yesterday I got an REO under contract in a neighborhood I have numerous rentals in.

I would not have to break the bank to go there because I split the cost with a person who invited me in and initially it is not expensive.

The more I read the more enthusiastic i (we) get.I'm still in the very beginning of the RE learning process but (proven to have a stone bottom) I'll get those books down rather sooner than later and start acting..I see that BP community is all about helping each other in their efforts so joined hoping to get answers to my numerous newbee questions..I'm primarily interested in commercial rental property and hope to make it my profession eventually..That's my storyAlex

While technology may be trendy, the good old fashion personal touch can be much better for numerous reasons - too long to list here.Both my father and I use part-time workers.

Expect delays even after the government reopens due to the lack-log in 4506 requests submitted during the shutdown.Government programs, such as FHA, VA and USDA loans, which require numerous documents, will be delayed.

I can easily give proof of funds and point to the numerous houses we've closed with all cash to assuage concerns.
