I have copied the contact information for the technicians who responded below and [Tenant], at her option, may hire these professionals directly and at her sole expense.

With that being said, does anyone have suggestions on opening the conversation & the most important questions to ask when looking to hire a property manager?

Should we still hire a real estate agent?

Should  I hire a title company, realtor, or foreclosure attorney to help me?  

When you form a Partnership the best type keeps you in control and makes all Partners involvement and ownership variable.When you purchase them, at least 32 units will enable you to hire a Property Management Company and do the daily operations.

When the appraiser hired by the bank spots the borrower is also a buyer that is red flag 2.

Anyone who thinks they are getting a great deal by hiring a " handyman , laborer , or anybody that is working on the side "  You are taking a great risk with your investment , someone gets hurt on your job and it falls back on YOU .  

How have you addressed this requirement without hiring an in-state property manager?
