We have one multi family property that is fully paid off and generates roughly $200k in NOI/Cash Flow. 

I understand that there won't be any cashflow but the loan paydown and appreciation over time hopefully offsets not having cashflow.Legal and Financial Advice:Do you have any recommendations for legal or financial considerations we should take into account when formalizing this co-ownership agreement?

Are you cash flowing the property?

Or it may be surface water flowing from another lot, or surface water piling up from rain and not soaking into the soil, which may be some type of backfill they had dumped in at some point during the construction process to grade the lot higher than it was when they bought it.

They just look at cash flow, so day 0 metrics.

Even C/D class that cash flow decently are harder to find now.
