I am a dentist and am set up with a couple of business entities; one owns the practice and another owns the equipment and furnishings and leases it to the practice.  

So we then  painted the whole joint, repaired the rotted fascias, replaced the ancient AC/heater, new pool pump equipment, new concrete driveway to replace the crumbling asphalt, new landscape, updated bathrooms (resurfaced shower, nice, new cabinets/sinks, but off Craigslist), more new flooring extended throughout the entire house... even some upgraded pool furniture and a nice BBQ outdoor kitchen as we were told we are in a high end area that requires these types of amenities. 

There are a lot of facets of protecting property from a number of problems and maintaining the equipment that makes it work.There are lots of 'how to' videos on you-tube and when you have a problem with a particular system, experts in that system can help troubleshoot and solve the problem.  

This is comparing apples to apples with same equipment install.

@Jake Calle, does the radio station need any special kind of equipment (antennas, etc) which may require zoning or township or FCC approval?

The building was constructed in 1980, so maybe the equipment is from that year even.Over 4 years of dealing with them, things have been smooth.

Homepath is what I see a lot on the signs out front of the home or in the listing.Thanks for the information I feel better equipped and armed with better knowledge of this area.

The longest lead time was the windows purchase.Again the egress window people have the equipment to cut through the wall.

We will have to negotiate with the Subs on what they did vs didn't, what equipment could be used on other jobs, etc.
