So I decided to go in a different direction and I hired a company called Wealth Factory, which sells a coaching program with an initial membership fee of $7500 and openly states that they are going to pair you with providers and that they do not do the tax preparation, investment, real estate, or other work they just coach you and help you see which professionals you need and then pair you up with them.  

I am a high performance coach and sometimes find that people get set on an idea, but it may not be the ideal. 

I would definitely suggest joining a mastermind or coaching program that teaches you all the ins and outs of running a STR company!

Listen, I am sure you have read, listened, done the seminar thing, coaching, etc...to invest in yourself to learn real estate and I do apologize for knocking that.

Telling you this as a former financial advisor.Real estate gurus/promoters are ultimately compensated either by selling you their systems or coaching programs or by hoping that you will find them a deal to partner on.
