I had my illegal apartment converted to an office, keeping most of the kitchen cabinets, replacing the counter and kitchen sink to a smaller bar sink, calling the kitchen area a private entertainment bar in the floor plans.

Some were only painted and do not have any kitchen cabinets...

Basically we paid him upfront of 50% of the amount agreed upon to buy materials (kitchen cabinets/bathroom vanity/ faucets/ tiles/paint.ec)He basically bought in tiles/backsplash and 3 bottom cabinets/paint and then most likely he used up the money on personal expenses and stopped showing up to the site.

I rehabbed my unit turned out awesome did white shakur cabinets, white granite, in unit laundry, new bathroom vanity and white tile shower.

(New toilets, vanities, kitchen cabinets, and shower/tub) So would it be best to schedule inspection after work or now so I can relay needed info to contractor?

NEW KITCHEN, COUNTERTOPS, AND CABINETS.

Cabinet full of liquor left by a guy who had quit drinking.  

After that you just need the cosmetic stuff done like drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc.
