I'm using the BRRRR strategy from out-of-state in the Kansas City market because the numbers make much more sense than where I'm at (Hawaii).I'm not a financial advisor or anything, but if you want to bounce off ideas, feel free to send me a DM!

It’s hard going it alone, so it’d be great to have some people to just talk about REI, bounce ideas off, etc.

They're bouncing from 1 shiny object to another, confusing buying a course with taking concrete action. 

Because of my marital situation I was not prepared to take advantage of the bounce in real estate. 

They both have also seen strong bounces. 

It’s crazy how bouncing ideas and stating your goals and processes out loud can lead to such better results.

The crash pf ‘08 caused a huge dip in the value... however, it bounced back pretty quickly.  

Hoping the hot weather allows us to bounce back sooner rather than later. 

If there are any other engineers that have made this transition or have considered this transition I would love to chat about your experience and see if there are any opinions we can bounce off one another.
