:)We could all make a simple complaint to HUD and the CFPB, and the state RE commission and state finance department.This home seller is advertising to sell homes which we see as an apparent violation of Dodd-Frank offering an installment sale under a lease-option and is contrary to the public interests and competitive market conditions.Or something like it.I can tell you too, you don't need to be in or from any state to file a complaint.

You can't advertise with language such as "must have a job" or "must have pay stubs".Additionally, I learned that if you allow married couples to qualify by using both of their incomes, then you have to let single people applying together qualify by pooling their income as well.

I love that the just renamed the Bay Point project "Shipyard", then they tilted the map 90 degrees in their advertisement, so you can't tell where/what it is.. lolhttp://thesfshipyard.com/I think that whole area's going to blow up though..
