I am a realtor in WA state, but for curiosity, I talked to a couple of them and they were not able to convince me.Wholesaling takes a lot of time and effort, and will not get you the revenues these programs say, and most probably this job will yield you less than your attorney job.Being a buy and hold has many benefits over wholesaling.

Here's how the private lender now gets paid off (again, just a high level overview):- At some point, the lender will be requested to fill out a "Demand" where they list how much they are still owed in terms of outstanding principal balance and any remaining accrued/unpaid interest that is due.
