If I were you I would integrate a scope of work and schedule to ensure work is progressing and to allocate payments accordingly as work is performed.

There are TONS of integrations so if you are savvy with Zapier I am sure you could utilize it for whatever investment purposes you need.

Anything less than the highest of integrity is a quick way to lose investors!
