Since then Ive had dozens of calls but only 2 people have shown up for a tour of the property and 4 people have asked for an application.

Doing another open house tonight and this weekend.....but my inquires have dropped like a hot rock....posting up 9 day now....have over 1k views...70 inquires the first 6 days.....about 14 groups toured house......3 apps.....and now the views and inquiries have really dried up....almost none in the last 72 hours...... is this because its beginning of month and if you were moving, you did it already?

Fortunately we have a good supply of eastern Europeans here- they are pro's.

I highly recommend you tour the property with the property manager, observe the rapport that they have with the tenants and talk to the tenants directly about how they like the neighborhood.

What are your thoughts on using 3D scanning for properties? Do you prefer 2D or 3D? Do you do it yourself or hire professionals? Why or why not use this kind of technology for showcasing homes?

Stuff happens when you fail to show up.If you value your investment, you'll demonstrate it by screening tenants by phone first and then showing up to do more than just give a tour.  

I will observe the dog's behavior when the tenants come for the property tour but need some help in other formalities that I need to make sure w.r.t pets.
