He deals with the customer , and he does the job (no middle-man here!!)

I do projects with the customers funds not mine.

This is the second time in a month I've had to take several down in front of my office (King Lincoln) AND near my home (Olde Town East).Find another way to reach your customers.

You can great your own custom google maps called "my places", and put pins on locations and add all of the information into the text boxes.  

My hot buttons to draw attention away would be crown, fireplace with limestone, fancy light fixtures, upgraded cabinet doors with 30" uppers, stained concrete or laminate floors and stainless appliances and brushed nickel everywhere and two tone paint.

I am interested in plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting fixtures, cabinet hardware, etc. 

lots of unnecessary filters and questions. i am looking for a carpenter but then it breaks it down to multiple carpenters. same with cabinets/counter, just cabinets, just counters... then the matching window just came up and just spun and spun.. finally came up and i had to put my personal info.. yeah, that's not happening.

I have worked with many short sale customers with the values from the bank sometimes fair, sometimes "deals" and sometimes high.

If I'm gutting a house to the studs and fixing plumbing, electric, then new drywall, cabinets, tubs, shower, tile, flooring etc it costs me around $25 sq ft.  

I currently sell new construction in Hburg as my "day job" and over the last 2 years have helped someone do wholesale deals locally(marketing, customer service stuff).
