It should cost a lot less to go on a furnish finder, maybe one or two other sites, then sync your calendars to get your tenants that way.

@Paul Costa I'm not in that area, but what we do for contractors is typically ask other investors in the same area.

Best advice would be to do as much of it yourself/low-cost as possible, and do not over-do anything.

Not sure on cost as we have no pursued it.
