Level lot with shed and RV or boat parking.

Once you find them, then throw them all your personal business as well - home, auto, boat, etc for any bundle discounts. 

However, a few observations cause me to believe that many investors are following a path to ruin if they utilize this method.  1) Too many have never seen a down cycle (full disclosure: I'm in this boat).

There is more boating in Florida than AZ, more skiing in Colorado. 

Hi @Santesh Jaggernath, I am in the exact same boat with you and everyone's been very helpful so far in recommending various markets in Canada.

All these doubts and fears, it must be a phenomenon among beginners.This is just a deal I’m analyzing for the sake of using it as an example but I’m in the same boat.
