One air-conditioning units needs replaced.

Besides the central air unit needing to be replaced at some point, the home is in pretty good condition...especially for the price in Houma, LA (notorious for expensive real estate) e.g. my home is a 2/2 @ 1100sf and appraises at $147k.But on the positive side, rentals don't stay on the market very long...most are taken within a week or two.  

The units are equipped with central heat and air with duct work but only about 6 are in use.

Air out the place.

This is already rediculous by itself but I am expected to tell my tenants that they will not have air conditioning or hot water during the repair of the neighbors unit.

I started when I was a Federal Air Marshal. 

It was built in 1976 has single pane windows, no heating/air, need some exterior siding replaced(water damage) etc.

All are 2 levels, self contained units with central air and laundry in the units, large room sizes and tons of closets as my typical tenant is a single mom with an extensive shoe and purse collection.
