In the end, you want to make money on the money you put into your properties and if the cost were $50,000 and the net gain from said renovations were $50,000, you would be wasting a lot of energy.

I believe that is a waste of money for someone with only 1 property who hasn't pulled in 6 months of income for the year.

@Vince Campbell, do NOT waste your time and attention trying to sell an unfinished product. 

As a family of two may be really wasteful of resources and actually use more than a very frugal family of five.

That may be hard to believe starting out but trust me it will happen for you if you do the uncomfortable work that is networking.But building your Facebook and website was not time or money wasted.

Again, by the time we get to this stage, I am VERY confident in the applicant as I don't like wasting their money or my time.

Many REALTORS have dealt with "investors" that do nothing but waste our time.
