My point here is that different unknown businesses can create different economic consequences.

I jump in the shower real quick and when I get out I have 3 missed calls and 3 voice mails.  2 are from separate tenants in my fourplex property in Las Vegas and one is from a number I don’t recognize.I decided to listen to the unknown numbers voice mail.

Don't get into a situation where a negative experience will wipe you out of the game completely and trust in your ability to overcome new, unknown challenges as you have in the past.

Now it's down at least 10-15% from the peak.I talked to the listing agent and she felt that the last 6 weeks there was a sudden drop in buyer activity, might be due to the increase in interest rate or other unknown factors.As we are approaching winter months, the market typically will slow down and price will show further seasonal drop.

Inherently there will always be a hourly component because there's always an unknown.

Whether it be in creating a website to manage my properties, finding/analyzing investment opportunities, or some other as of yet unknown solution to a problem.

However, not sure I'd want to trust a tenant's judgment that is unknown to me on that front.
