But the math doesn’t seem to work at all.

We've always had the dream of real estate investing but it seemed way too out of reach (still feels a little scary), but I have read a few real estate investing books and feel hopeful and excited to start down the REI road.We live in north county San Diego and are looking to invest out of state, likely the Dayton, OH area.

It seems to me that screens will give it more of a gray appearance against the white, perhaps making it look more modern.

It depends on the work you can/want to do which it seems like you already have figured out a good system and can handle a STR well.
