I know this is asked often, but should I go dave ramsey style and take the next three or four years putting everything i make on paying off the dept or use the nice chunk of money (15k) should have saved up by this summer to invest in OOS (currently live in north jersey).

If she has cats, and they are indoor/outdoor cats, can you limit her ability to feed her cats outside?  

Since the home is a farmhouse, I completely went with the farmhouse style in reconstruction.

I intend to complete a barndomium style home for myself within the next year and then rent the 2/1 out once again. 

The pressure then drives the citizen in non-tech jobs that have connections to non California state, it pressures their living style in such a way that their living quality is degraded because it's just becoming too expensive, thus what they call it mass exodus.

With covid, a lot of the lenders doing 203ks and home style renovation loans scaled back sometimes completely during 2020.

The extra rooms have braided coil wiring for lights etc. that were not part of the original building (it's basically been converted into dorm room style).
