I love Arizona personally, but perhaps there’s a natural cap on how many people should live in a place with very little water (less than 8 inches of rainfall a year on average in Phoenix). 

A 4 bedroom in CH should start $1,300 in most locations unless I’m missing something.  

On a previous project we came up a couple inches short and I had to order a new cabinet from Home Depot which delayed me 5 weeks.
