It's easy to make money in this business but even easier to lose money and going with an investor will help ensure that your flipping numbers are realistic and your not forgetting about any hidden cost.

(most don't),  did they follow all instructions and also the financial requirements.

You can absolutley find lenders that will do as low as 8% but they will usually have a lot of hidden fees.

I prefer to be provided with detailed instructions for what I need to do to make a clean break.
