I was wondering if those with Vacation Rentals or those wanting to do vacation rentals, would post an analysis of the ROI, Cash on Cash, etc and a break down of expenses ie Mgt fee, HOA, Utilities, Cleaning, etc.  

On average, what do the area propert management fees cost?

We have to estimate late amount plus fees, to bring it current $68k + $3 k  = $71k. 

I agree with assuming 10% mgmt fees and recommend starting out managing your own so you are a bit better at finding good managers later.

So i ran into a question nobody has be able to answer for me and that's how do i find the holding fees for some properties ?

There's a lot of guessing on the expense side, but I suppose the rather substantial condo fees at least mean I don't have to worry about big repairs like roof or anything.

There's usually am inspection fee plus a per room swab fee.  

Landscaping cost $55/month and the HOA fees are $85/month.
