I'm constantly grateful I ignored warnings like these about "cheap markets" and instead decided the risk/reward for at least testing the market was far too favorable to ignore.

@Marie - I was just speaking with someone this morning about the difficulty in getting probate leads in CA compared to other states.After hearing so many stories from others, I am really grateful that they are so easy to get here.
