That's a risky plan as you probably aren't going to find a buyer to commit until they've seen the property.In this situation you have basically two options: A) Give the buyer the address and if they swoop in and grab it behind you then you have learned a very valuable lesson or, B) be honest and tell them you'll be able to provide the address in a few days, assuming you'll be able to get the house under contract quickly.
