When I was at 20, all I think about is girls, parties, and beer.  

LOL.I dated a girl who would run into the basement during a thunderstorm.

This felt super creepy to all the girls swimming and when we messaged evolve they basically gave generic responses like “I’m your boots on the ground person here to help you” - but they never responded to the actual problem.

Both my girl friend and I were very fixated on purchasing a duplex somewhere in florida and all the duplexs we drove to looked amazing in the photos but the neighbors and environment were another story. 

Give people plausible deniability instead of direct accusation ("I'm finding cigarette butts all over the property -  I haven't figured out who it is yet so please let me know if you have any idea - I've told the other tenants to watch out too - thanks!")   

They have disabled the smoke detector in the hallway as well.I know if I come in with an accusation, they will immediately blame it on the other unit.Looking for suggestions...

My husband is active duty Air Force and we are currently stationed in Japan, and I am a stay at home mom (both of our girls are currently in school ages 9 & 6).

I do not want to level unsubstantiated accusations at anyone, but I have real difficulty accepting that any of the actors involved in marketing this business plan had no criminal intentions.What I suspect is that both Clayton and Natali Morris vastly overstated the extent of their investing experience in these properties starting up Morris Invest, and that they then fell prey to experienced fraudsters who cheerfully fed their blossoming narcissistic delusions of personal grandeur and real estate knowledge mastery with wholly illegal intentions."

But real estate allowed my wife to ditch employment, be a stay at home mom, went back to school, since we had income to do it.Currently, my older girl is graduating college, and my younger one is starting.

The last girl child is getting married in May of this year so all the kids will be out of our pockets after that.
