Colorado law considers "anything that could impact a buyer's value or desirability of a property to potential purchasers" as material, which is a pretty broad description. 

With the doors facing each other, you are forcing a 90 degree turn in a VERY tight space. 

Many high-end home sellers may be forced to reduce prices as millennials are actively increasing demand for more affordable housing, making opportunities for investors very lucrative within the entry-level home category.

This can end up putting us in a situation where there may be a lot of competition for the property and it forces us to move so quickly that we have to make decisions before we can property evaluate the situation. 

A higher increase will force them to move out and a lower increase will keep them happy...it's up to you to decide.

I truly believe the buyer and agent are deliberately causing damage to my house to force repairs before escrow closes. 

Make it clear he is disturbing other tenants and he needs to stop or you will be forced to evict.

Inquiries can have a negative impact, so you don't want any 'hard pulls' on your credit unless absolutely necessary.
