So overall, I think that mailing is a great way to find new buyers in your area and I would encourage you to try it out.

We are doing everything we can to encourage people to sign up (yes - including being a slight nuisance with a blue bar).If you'd like it to go away - the only way is to sign up or sign in.

Plus, we encourage you get your own investment property vs. the MLM style recruit a realtor "profit sharing" model.Also, when back in OKC, I recommend you join the local Real Estate Investors Associations (REIA) to be around like-minded individuals.

They are required to take inside THEIR lawn furniture, fire pit, bikes, container pots etc etc etc...I am to cut down potential flying coconuts from palms, take into storage kayaks, hammocks, BBQ grills etc...as far as panels themselves, I wrote that they are encouraged to install the panels (I don't expect them to), but it is my discretion whether I will do it or not, no guarantees. 

Ideally we can encourage, educate, and challenge each other to achieve more than we might otherwise individually.And, hey, if after a few meetings we decide it's not working, then that's fine too.
