I moved out of the unit in January as I found someone to rent and in the first month of the new tenant living there they too filed a complaint against the below tenant as they heard verbally abusive behavior as well.

I cross reference between them to make sure it makes sense.If I see any issue I ask the applicant and if they are responsive and honest with their answers then there is more chances I will accept them then someone that is not honest with their answers or take to long to respond.I test both financial stability of the applicants and their behavior and attitude.

That line has been removed for all users, and the result is that only Pros can display a signature and only with the information that is relevant for contacting them, and displaying their titles.Basically, we felt that the vast majority of signatures were either against the spirit of the forums or were unnecessary (like quotes or redundant information).

Then there is the number of deals claimed as the basis for experience, that mirrors the years in the business.I'd say the best way to judge a coach or mentor is by thier actions and the way they conduct business, here on BP we can see thier attitudes and how they may display actual knowledge or if they simply hammer away on systems and programs with little in depth information being given.
