There are consequences for our government decisions and a lot of current policy and national sentiment continues to be inflationary (tighter immigration, high tariffs, wars, nationalism/isolationism, child tax credits, student loan forbearance, high government spending/deficits). 

As for me when I did this they sent what turned out to be old and no longer current information on their own requirement's.     

Also, you're able to keep the loan current if you're planning to keep the seller's name on the mortgage until it's paid off.

We currently own the original property in our personal names since it was a house-hack.

It's way easier to find 10-15 people who you would want to be mentored by, try and find 1-3 things they currently need help with (check their podcast appearances, social media, etc.), and create a tailored offer that solves a problem for them with little energy and time required on their part.  

Get to really know the market and operations and then you can fly as you have systems in place, like you would in your current business.

It's currently listed on MLS for $160k.
