I've looked at a couple places in Richmond that are in my current price range (with what I can get a mortgage on), but they are in not great areas and need more work than I could do myself.

I have a couple newbie questions. 

I've spent a great deal of the last week talking to property managers in a couple of different areas of the country where I've found deals I'm at least interested in learning more.  

For example, that home did not have washer/drier, refrigerator etc and has wall cooling (a couple of them have to be replaced) and few minor replacements and siding needs little work as well.Any suggestion would be helpful.Regards,Prabodh

Hopefully I’ve just answered my own questions but mind you it’s taken me like a couple years to formulate these concepts as I’ve done my best here to explain them lol.

I had a very nice couple with a young daughter come look at my nicest rental home (4,300sq ft with $2,800 rent).  

I never shopped from ULine so I don't know that personally but I have heard there name thrown around a couple times in similar discussions. 

I ask because I plan to purchase a Multi-Family within a couple of months also.

I've come across a couple of properties that seem to be vacant and through some internet sleuthing I've determined that the owner is absent.

I just can't pass up the chance to build something brand new for the cost of what some of the renovations to pre existing inventory I have acquired needed.I am confident that once I am able to scale, this will be a very lucrative strategy when applied with discipline and forethought.As always, I welcome your input, BP!
