I need full access to the RI listings. 

I recently looked at a house in the 3100 block of N. 34th.

I’m currently in the process of a Cash Out Refinance with a local bank to gain access to the equity with the intent buy more rental properties.

Distressed sales are even better if you can get access to a wholesaler that picks up high-end homes.

And, I would think that most people would prefer to keep that information less-easily accessible.

You can buy for this, list for that....if you do not wish to personally take the listing you can legally split commission with someone who will.You will have access to better tools, information and resources.

"How long is the typical due diligence" -- I would ask yourself how well do you know the market, submarket, street block?  

Why do you want to move money they can use at 15 for education to money they can only access at 65?

Dogtown is a great area that's walkable to Forest Park with easy access to both 64/40 and I44 so I would think this development would do well, even with rents in the $1200-1900 range.

However for fellow investors who have become real estate agents it appears to be a simple way to gain access to the MLS.
