Can I buy a boat with a loan now and use the bonus depreciation to write the entire amount off against long term capital gains on timber sold in 2020 😂

Folks- I am looking to purchase and rent out a 3/1.5 1500 sqft condo property that also has a basement with 2 bonus rooms of ~450sqft but no garage.

I plan on getting quotes for a couple of different options including a bonus room, bathroom & Bedroom, etc.

I look at it as a long-term bonus.

That 9% if well earned is a huge bonus few appreciate. 

That was a rough start but it's going well now and the second one somehow has appreciated 20%+ in the year and half since I've purchased it.That's some good cash flow there, and that appreciation is always a nice bonus.
