Hey guys,So I have my primary residence in Dallas and have been renting it out on Air B&B and living with my parents to see if it would make enough to justify as a rental (which it does thankfully).

Looking for a real estate attorney to consult with, preferably north of Dallas. 

That is probably the main reason I never got into doing something that is filled with dishonest people are in this business to take advantage of others.Eventhough I was a broker for about 30 years in Dallas Texas which is full of dishonest people.  

(see data below) You can see in Dallas how much prices have fluctuated with the highest price for a month (June) being 34% higher than the start of the year, but you can see from that high of June that prices dropped 13% from those highs in June.

How do you know if a neighborhood supports flip? I’ve been doing research on this for a while now and would like any tips to understand this better.
