Now if you go over 4 units its a different ball game. 

Just saying of course we are building semi customs..but still.... pretty hard to coordinate and execute that quickly.If you only paid for the lot you may want to just sell it and move on..

Trust me, I know it's very possible and I know that's the main battle in this game.

I am actually staying in an AirBnB this summer with my wife and her parents to show them my hometown (hopefully there is a Sox game then!). 

I grew up broke and promised myself that when I grew up and had a family of my own that it will never happen to them.I'm new to the real estate game.

We use property radar and when I was in the business I had my own custom data base that I tracked every NOD in my MSA... from every source.. again the only way to beat the competition was to be better than them..

You cannot go look at house and be at your desk writing code, reviewing code, handling customers, designing things, or whatever it is that you're being paid to do during the day.So who can get into real estate?

Do we now play the waiting game and let the combination of equity growth and likely appreciation do their thing until we're in a position to borrow again?
