Found the following:median home value is $40k (40%) higher than my target ARVmedian rent is $113 lower than my targetmedian annual household income is $854 less than targetmedian annual household income times .75 divided by 12 divided by 3 is $136 higher than median household rent (Another way to look at it, gross median monthly income is 4x target rent.
