Right now I'm just trying to soak in as much as I can and I hope that by the middle of this year I'll be ready to start looking for my first rental property.

I loaded up to the absolute max and selling eventually got me the seed capital to make big deals.

Hey everyone, just gotto say I am soaking up everything I can on this site and will hopefully be providing what insight I can to others as well, but I digress!

I'm actually already soaking a lot of information from the podcasts, forums and articles.

Right now I'm just diving into a lot of the information and trying to soak it all up.

I have been soaking up as much as I can.  

It appears that there is a massive amount of information to absorb here, so I will continue to read and watch and soak up as much as I can while putting cash back to get ready to dive in.

I'm new to real estate investing but, have read many books and try to soak up as much info as i can.
