I want my first buy to be SMART, hence the guidance. 

I almost wish that's what I was asking for so I could impress myself with how smart I was.As for subjective vs. objective, that I can follow.  

It's very easy to sound smart, and if you know next to nothing about online advertising, you're a sitting duck for a scammer to come along, wow you, and waste your money.

Any way I'm sure other will chime in with other info so just do your due diligence and be smart about everything.

Fortunately, the Northwest MLS is pretty up-to-date with their technology :)@Russell Brazil  we would have to withdraw for 90 days otherwise my MLS will fine me :(  I guess too many people were doing this trick, LOL.  

Information Technology is my strength and I will consider this venture as one project that lasts a lifetime.  

I'm not smart enough to know when the market will turn, so I will buy in a high, low, and stagnant market.
