Sad:-(

When you travel, you have to do it for "family reasons" (practice your sad look in the mirror).

Sad day.  

The government needs to stop giving hand outs, and put people to work. this will incentivize the people to do more again. this will also bring in taxes to build things like roads and repair infrastructure. without giving people purpose, he is creating a economy of dependancy. its sad. lastly, who cares if there is new housing, if locals are not working. if they are not working, they can't buy or rent these places. 

And rightfully so.. so many wanna be investors with no money got into this stuff and really harmed many good americans.. its sad really. 

Being in my early 30’s, my dreams had significantly changed as well and this opportunity for a new way of thinking was incredibly refreshing to me.I have listened furiously for the last year and I’ve read more books than I have in my entire life (sad, but true).

There could be real renaissance throughout blighted areas of LA it's sad.  

It is outside the scope of a real estate agent, or you may want to call it minimum requirements, it is sad to me how little agents know about construction issues.

I can't stop laughing yet its sad because he obviously had a problem smh
