I currently use traditional financing for my properties so taking a loan from my 403(b) and paying myself interest Vs the bank seems like a good idea.If I can't use the 403(b) can I roll it over into something I can use and who would I use to set that up?

I frequently buy properties that have a tarp on the roof because it scares off a lot of people, but I have a good roofer and am not afraid to replace the roof and half of the sheet rock in the house if the price is right.

I can see if you approach them doing a SLO deal and you will be the T/B and on the hook with the seller but with a LOA deal you are in and out of the deal putting a T/B in the seller's house.
