Hi Brandi, Hope your holidays were good, and the New Year is Rockin'!

Hi,I've just come back from a three week holiday abroad to find my room unlocked and stuff moved around.I live with 5 other tenants with locks on every bedroom door.2 days after I left the landlord came by with a woman from a lettings agency and showed her the house and all the rooms.

., then there's not much you can do.I also send my tenants a gift card at every holiday season and thank them for being a great tenant and look forward to another prosperous year with them.

Is this just because of weather, or because of the holidays?

I have one vacant myself right now, so I'm in the same boat, hoping to get someone in before the holidays.

I shall set it up after the holidays.

Currently only holidays and a handful of weekends in January and February fill in.

And they take into account holidays so if they know the banks are closed for a holiday or long weekend, they'll remind the tenant a day earlier. 

Once the crap was in the driveway, the neighbors came out and started to complain because they were having people over for the holiday weekend.
